Donatello Pizzeria Restaurant

For this popular Italian restaurant we were asked to give a Mediterranean holiday feel with a terrace and open sky. 

We designed this sea view, trompe l'oeil and vintage travel poster theme around a stone wall with arched windows and open roof. 

This allowed us to give diners a sense of sitting in a restaurant on holiday with the added interest of the hand-painted vintage travel posters. The crumpled corners, peeling edges and shadows add to the effect.
